Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Promptcraft (operated by Promptcraft) collects and why.

What we collect

• Account data: your email address, licence key, purchase records sent to us by WarriorPlus (transaction id, product, amount), and a hashed password. We never store your card details; payment is handled by WarriorPlus and its processors.
• Project data: the listing images and URLs you supply, the images you upload, and the plans, prompts and files the Service makes from them. These are stored on our server in a folder private to your account.
• Usage data: server logs (IP address, time, pages requested) kept for security and debugging, and counts of AI runs and builds for your monthly allowance.

How we use it

To run the Service for you, to send you your login and service emails, to enforce licence limits, and to prevent abuse. We do not sell personal data and do not send marketing email from the application without your consent.

Third parties that see data

• WarriorPlus (payments and affiliate tracking) — governed by its own privacy policy.
• AI API providers — the listing images, page images and text needed to read, plan and proofread are sent to the model provider configured by us, for processing only.
• Our hosting provider — stores the server and its backups.

Cookies

The application sets a session cookie so you stay logged in. The sales pages set no tracking cookies of ours; WarriorPlus buy buttons and affiliate links may set theirs.

Retention and deletion

Project files are kept while your account is active. You can delete any project from the Library at any time. To delete your account and all its data, email thuthao07082002@gmail.com from the account address; we delete within 14 days except records we must keep for accounting.

Your rights

You may ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by email to the address above.
