Before you write

• No login email? Check spam and promotions folders and search for "Promptcraft". If it is not there after ten minutes, write to us and we resend it by hand.
• Forgot your password? Use the reset page.
• Bought an upgrade with a different email? Tell us both addresses and we merge them onto one account.
• A build or a plan failed? The app shows the reason on the page. Failed builds are not counted against your monthly allowance.

Refunds

All sales are final; see the Refund Policy. If something does not work as the sales page describes, write to us from the purchase address and we will fix it at no charge.
