Terms of Service

These terms govern your purchase and use of Promptcraft (the "Service"), a web application operated by Promptcraft ("we", "us"). By buying a licence or logging in you agree to them.

1. What the Service is

The Service reads product listings you supply, writes page plans and text prompts, and packages image files that you upload into print-ready files, listing copy and related assets. The Service does not generate images. You generate images with your own account at a third-party image tool (for example ChatGPT, Midjourney or Stable Diffusion), under that tool's own terms.

2. Licence

A purchase gives one person a non-transferable licence to use the Service for the features bought, for as long as the Service is operated. Front-end and Pro Lite licences include a monthly allowance of builds and AI runs shown in the application; Pro, Elite and All Access licences remove those limits. Accounts are personal: do not share logins. We may suspend accounts used for abuse, resale of access, or automated scraping.

Without the Client Licence, you may use the Service to make products that you sell yourself, in your own shops and under your own name. The Client Licence (sold on its own at checkout, and included in Elite and All Access) also lets you make products with the Service for other people and charge them for that work, and hand them the finished files. It does not let you give anyone else access to the Service, share your login, or resell the Service, its templates or its vault entries.

2a. The Vault Club subscription

The Vault Club is the only subscription. It gives access to the Prompt Vault while the subscription is active, with new entries added every month. The monthly plan starts with a paid trial and then renews each month; the yearly plan renews each year. Payments are taken by WarriorPlus. You can cancel at any time from your WarriorPlus purchase receipt or by writing to us; access to the Vault ends when the subscription ends. Projects you have already started from Vault entries stay in your account. All Access includes the Prompt Vault for as long as the Service is operated, without a subscription.

2b. The Starter Pack

The Starter Pack, an option at the Pro and Pro Lite checkouts, is a download of ten finished products made with the Service. You may sell them as finished products, in your own shops and under your own name, and change them as you like. The rights are non-exclusive: every buyer of the Starter Pack receives the same ten products. You may not resell or give away the pack itself, its files as a bundle, or the rights to it.

3. Your content and what you make

You keep all rights to the images you upload and to the products you build. We claim no ownership of them. You are responsible for making sure that what you upload and sell does not infringe anyone's rights, including the rights of the sellers whose listings you analyse: the Service is designed to transfer style and format, not to copy characters, names, text or artwork, and you must not use it to do so.

4. Prompts and plans

Prompts, plans and listing copy produced for your projects are yours to use and to sell as part of your own products, including as prompt packs. You may not resell or redistribute the Service itself, its templates or its vault entries as a competing product.

5. Third-party services

The Service calls AI language models through a third-party API to read listings and write text. Images uploaded for proofreading are sent to that API for reading only and are not used to train models by us. Availability and output quality of third-party models are outside our control.

6. No guarantee of results

We do not promise sales, rankings or income. See the Earnings Disclaimer. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, to the extent the law allows. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the licence.

8. Changes

We may update the Service and these terms. Material changes are announced inside the application or by email to the address on your account.
